Report a neighbourhood concern
Good hosting respects the whole street, not just the guests. If a StayAnywhere listing near you is causing a problem, let us know. You don’t need an account, and you can report completely anonymously.
In an emergency, call 999
If someone is in immediate danger, a crime is in progress, or a child is at risk right now, contact the emergency services first. This form is reviewed by our team but is not monitored 24/7.
What you can report
Anything that affects the safety, peace or wellbeing of the neighbourhood around a listing. If you’re unsure, report it anyway — we’d rather hear from you.
Noise & disturbance
Loud music, shouting or persistent noise affecting your home.
Unauthorised party or event
A gathering that looks far larger than a normal family stay.
Safety hazard
Fire risks, blocked access, unsafe structures or vehicles.
Anti-social behaviour
Intimidation, harassment, drugs or other criminal activity.
Property condition
Overflowing bins, disrepair or neglect affecting the area.
Child safety concern
Anything that puts a child at risk at or near the property.
Something else
A concern that doesn't fit any of the categories above.
How it works
1. Tell us what happened
Share the listing or address, what you've seen and when. The more detail you can give, the faster we can act.
2. We review it
Our Trust & Safety team reviews every report, contacts the host where appropriate and checks it against our family-stay standards.
3. We take action
We follow up with the host, add safeguards, or remove a listing that repeatedly disturbs its neighbours — and update you if you left contact details.
Tell us what’s happening
Fill in as much as you can. Fields marked with * are required — everything else is optional.
Your report is treated confidentially and only shared with our Trust & Safety team. Contact details are never passed to the host or shown publicly. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
