You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Enquiries and bookings
StayAnywhere lets you enquire about properties. StayAnywhere acts as a marketing and enquiry platform. Booking agreements are made directly between users and property owners unless otherwise stated. Any contract for a stay is formed between you and the property owner. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for its performance.
4. Family Safety Scores
Family Safety Scores are provided as guidance only and are based on information supplied by hosts and platform data.
StayAnywhere does not guarantee the safety, suitability or condition of any property. You should always satisfy yourself that a property is suitable for your family’s needs before travelling, and raise any specific safety requirements directly with the host.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not post false, misleading or unlawful content.
- Do not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not use the platform to harass other users or hosts.
- Use enquiry and contact details only for legitimate booking communications.
6. Content you provide
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, StayAnywhere is not liable for the acts or omissions of hosts or guests, or for the condition, safety or suitability of any property. StayAnywhere does not guarantee the safety, suitability or condition of any property.
